Immersive!
Hailing from diverse backgrounds but united by a deep passion for music, this band is proof that age is just a number when it comes to creating timeless tunes. Fronted by Jerome, a Sri Lankan-born musician who has called the UK home for most of his life, the band blends decades of experience into a fresh and authentic sound. Jerome handles guitars, vocals, and songwriting, bringing a wealth of influence from his time in various bands over the years. His knack for production also shapes the band’s evolving sound.
On bass, there’s Rich, a longtime friend of Jerome from university. Though primarily a guitarist, Rich transitioned to bass for the band, adding depth to the groove while also continuing to play guitar in a cover band. Rich and drummer Ian have been friends since school, both growing up in Chesham, where they still reside. Ian, a lifelong drummer with a serious love for playing, adds the rhythmic backbone. He’s also spent years as a tour manager for metal bands, giving the group a behind-the-scenes pro edge.
Meeting up monthly for rehearsals in Chesham, the band has spent the last two years writing, rehearsing, and recording, crafting music that reflects their seasoned experience and continued love for the art. Their debut track, “Withered Flower,” offers a taste of what’s to come from their upcoming album.
While they admit to being a bit out of touch with social media, preferring to focus their energy on creating music, they prove that passion and creativity are what truly drive a band forward—no matter the decade.
