our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Well-Known Pix. I discovered this band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I instantly loved the alchemy of this band.
Well-Known Pix are excellent musicians with a perfect understanding of each other.
Their music is not obvious but in constant search of something refined. The band tries, with bold harmonic choices to experiment new atmospheres.
The drums move a lot remembering, as intention and sound, the drummer of Live.
The guitars push but always without exaggeration, each instrument finds the right space creating a perfect amalgam that distinguishes the melodic but effective sound of this band.
The voice has a particular tone that makes it immediately recognizable.
A voice a bit suffered and slightly hoarse is able to create instability that helps to distinguish even more the sound of this band.
