I really liked the compositional approach of this artist. A songwriter who has a very articulate artistic vision.
His music in some moments reminded me of bands like Counting Crows and U2. The band led by Adam Duritz for the intricate melodic line and the Irish band for the guitar riffs that sounded like those of The Edge.
Surely satsuma scout is an artist with a lot of experience behind him who is able to transfer his deepest emotions into music.
The expressiveness and compositional skills are undeniable, These Trying Times is a solid and mature song that manages to move the listener.
The production is real and raw in my opinion a perfect artistic choice that makes the music of satsuma scout even more sincere. A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
