Good Day Noir Family,
I already reviewed Gedalya in the past but the Folk Rock Rabbi is back with a new single and I want to share my opinion about it.
The Thunder is Gedalya’s Single
The thing that fascinates me about this artist is the strong message contained in his songs.
Finding such deep lyrics is not very easy nowadays. Music is used by Gedalya as a means to talk to people, not only to entertain them but also to make them think.
This artist makes us understand that fear is something positive because it allows us to be focused. When we are afraid we are more careful because we know we cannot make mistakes.
Humans grow up in times of difficulty and although we all aspire to have a life without problems, it is precisely the problems that enrich our lives… that push us beyond our comfort zone in search of our true essence.
The Thunder is a song that gives hope and fills us with the necessary energy to move forward in any situation.
The melody is touching and the vocal interpretation of Gedalya is introspective and profound.
Absolutely reconfirmed!

The Thunder is Gedalya’s Single
“We tend to confuse bravery with lack of fear. Wrong! Bravery is when we act DESPITE our fear. We’re all afraid of something, and that’s actually a good thing! Fear can keep you from danger, and fear can straighten out your life when it’s headed in the wrong direction. There’s an ancient teaching that says the purpose of thunder is to wake us from our slumber. It’s a way of saying when fear leads to action, it’s a good fear.”
