Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to The Supervillains. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked their originality.
This band produces a very interesting, irreverent, and free sound that struck me immediately.
These guys have managed to create something fun and original.
A punk, ska with jazz and rock influences … the incredible thing is that in this strange recipe they managed to combine and make coexist all these ingredients in a perfect balance.
It feels like these guys have spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable sound understanding.
A band to keep under the radar because they are very eclectic, creative and it is precisely when a band follows its own path without following commercial rules that you can create something really beautiful.
Go and listen to them, it is worth it!
