Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to The Shook. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the vibes of their music.
I liked the rock and powerful sound of this band from the very first notes.
A rock inspired by the legendary rock of the 70s, a classic sound that manages to be modern at the same time.
It feels like this band spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable sonic understanding.
The bass unhesitatingly follows the rhythmic designs of the kick and the guitars venture into raw and effective solos and riffs perfect for the genre.
Beautiful also the voice of the singer who with his confident and slightly hoarse tone adds the right touch to the whole sound of this band.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Their forces combined with the wizardry of Derek Keller & the percussive prowess of Brandon Billings, it has turned into much more with an ever-growing sound, incorporating elements of everything from Psychedelic Rock to Grunge.
