Good Day Noir Family,
The Sons of James erupt again with “The Real You,” a single that’s as unrelenting as it is emotionally resonant.

The Real You is The Sons of James’ Single Out Now

The song pulsates with an intense, driving rhythm that grabs the listener by the throat and doesn’t let go.

The band’s brilliance lies in their ability to blend nostalgic vibes with deep and meaningful lyrics. This creates a captivating aura around the song, a sense of something familiar yet powerful that tugs at the heartstrings.

The guitar work is a revelation, a sonic avalanche that crashes over the listener with raw intensity.

The intro is a masterclass in building tension. It’s a coiled spring that explodes into the main body of the song, setting the stage for the sonic assault to come.

This music awakens your inner rock spirit, a call to arms to embrace your true self and ride this punk/rock wave.

This is a tune that will have you hitting repeat and headbanging along. Highly recommended for anyone who craves music that’s both nostalgic and fiercely alive.

Solid!

Written as a letter to drummer ‘Steve’s’ father, ‘The Real You’ reaches out and offers an olive branch to those who were never around through the critical years of ones life just to have the opportunity to get to know them other than through stories and photographs. Steve says “If The Real You had been written twenty years ago it would have been full of anger and resentment but time has healed a lot and as you get older you tend to handle things differently. At some point you just want your questions answered for no other reason than to let go of the past and move on.”

Hailing from Sunny Florida, The Sons of James shine bright with their own blend of melodic skate punk. Focusing on personal struggles and tribulations, The Sons of James keep it positive with messages of growth and self worth.
