I already reviewed Blindness & Light in the past but this artist is back with a new cool single and I want to share my opinion about it.
The Old Skylight is Blindness & Light’s Single Out Now
The new song by this interesting artist hooked me right away.
I liked the sound of the distorted guitars, a bit acid and grunge that manages to give a 90’s atmosphere to The Old Skylight.
The melody is nostalgic and gives hope for the future above all thanks to the winds which in the end create epic emotions.
I love Colin M. Potter’s compositional style because it is sincere and direct.
The blend created by the mix between the male and female voices is the icing on the cake.
Blindness & Light has an instantly recognizable sound. He is able to bring together different inspirations and sounds that coexist in a fantastic balance.
An artist that I recommend once again to everyone as he produces unusual and intriguing songs.
