Good Day Noir Family,
I already reviewed Factheory in the past but this talented band is back with an Ep and I want to share my opinion about it.
The Day is Factheory’s Ep Out Now
The thing I like most about this band is their desire to experiment. Factheory doesn’t want to walk on already traveled artistic paths.
These guys want to pave their way by relying on their instincts.
The result is unusually captivating music. 80’s vibes mix with futuristic, I dare to say, post-apocalyptic melodies.
The sound is epic emphasized even more by the collaboration with OK Lion for the remixes.
Being able to listen to the tunes of this Ep one after another allows you to truly immerse yourself in the musical limbo created by Factheory.
An extrasensory journey capable of making you travel with your imagination. While listening to The Day I felt like taking the car and wandering the streets of the cities at night.
A band that produces quality music that I recommend to everyone again.
The Day is Factheory’s Ep Out Now!
Superlative!
The Day is Factheory’s Ep Out Now
This EP offers electro/dark wave remixes of three of our titles by the Brussels band OK Lion! who is starting to make a name for herself on the Belgian music scene. The result exceeded our expectations.
Factheory is a band built with the ashes of many more or less alternative groups of the 80s, 90s and 2000s (Dirty Time, Petit Futur, Amazing Games, Unsaid … among others) Factheory represents a successful compromise between a darkwave with unstoppable melodies and a postpunk rock with electro trends.
