This artist’s compositional style immediately reminded me of David Bowie.
A style that looks to the past but manages to be modern at the same time. I really liked the visionary artistic vision of Dan Szyller.
The harmonic construction of his songs is brilliant and unpredictable keeps you glued to the speakers from the first to the last second.
The Celestial Immigrant is a coherent and intense album. This artist has something to say and he is able through these songs to exude the emotions conceived by her soul.
All the tunes are solid and as soon as you hear the vocal timbre and chord progression you immediately know that you are in front of the music of Dan Szyller.
This artist was able to create a unique sound blend that makes him stand out from the crowd. A great find that I recommend to everyone.

Dan Szyller is a Brazilian independent musician. From a very young age he developed a true love for music and many of his heroes were artists like The Doors, Iron Maiden, King Crimson and Pink Floyd. He traveled a lot during the years as an immigrant and residing in countries like the US, France and Israel. The Celestial Immigrant is his first album and the 7 songs were recorded in the beginning of 2022.
