Good Day Noir Family,
I already reviewed Pekky Savan in the past but this talented girl is out now with a new single and I want to share my opinion about it.
I must say that I liked this new single from Pekky Savan right away.
This girl is getting better and better and her songs are getting deeper and deeper.
The 5th Of July is a song that moves you and that somehow manages to speak directly to the heart and soul of the listener.
The production is excellent, the arrangements are minimalist but perfect to leave this ‘airy atmosphere’ to the whole tune.
This song, in my opinion, could be a hit and I think it will lead a lot of people to follow the musical project of this talented girl.
Go and listen to her, it’s worth it!
The 5th Of July is Pekky Savan’s Single Out Now!
Deep and Nostalgic!
Quote: ” This is my second single release this year. It was great to get to work with Harper again (Producer on “Glad I Found You”). We were able to create a sad and nostalgic tune on what it feels like to have an unrequited love or when someone changes their mind about choosing you as their person.
It’s meant to make the listener think about once warm days that feel cold now and that sometimes dreams are often always better than the reality.
Artist inspirations on this song were Phosphorescent, Junip, Lord Huron, Lana Del Rey, and Smashing Pumpkins.“
