our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Tatarella. I discovered this Duo while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked their compositional style.
The sound of this duo is very interesting because it brings with it the passion and depth of Italian music.
Tatarella produce quality music with intriguing lyrics that speak of the deep emotions… of souls who wander around the city, each with its own story, each with its own demons.
The production is very professional and the musical arrangements are of the highest quality. Lontano dai ricordi would be a perfect song for the San Remo festival especially because it would bring a touch of novelty.
Rock combined with Italian melodic lines is a brave but perfectly successful combination in the case of Tatarella.
These guys know how to make music and certainly, they have a great compositional experience behind them.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Tatarella, singer-songwriter and actor, with musician and arranger Gaetano De Luca, collaborate in this project with the aim of bringing the melody back to the modern and “monotonous” world of modern music.
In doing so they experiment with the fusion between the classic Rock sounds, ethereal and hermetic lyrics, and the typical Italian melodies inspired by the Italian musical tradition.
