SaberToothed is Love Ghost’s Ep Out Now
Good Day Noir Family,
Love Ghost are back with a new cool Ep and I want to share my opinion about it.
The first adjective that came to my mind to describe Love Ghost’s new work is sinister. This hypnotic and mysterious music immediately fascinated me.
In the first song ‘Tribe’ the singer whispers and I imagined him to be Adam in the garden of Eden while the snake hissed the sin to Eve.
The sound is truly unique, a groove that enters you and you move in time to the music that then explodes into a rock chorus.
This Ep has a common thread that is modernity, this band offers an always innovative sound that makes it almost futuristic by mixing elements of the past with very modern grooves and sounds.
The songs I liked the most are ‘Tribe’ and ‘War I Swear’ but no song disappoints, to be honest.
This band is very talented and never ceases to compose great music, keep rocking guys!

Futuristic and Hypnotic!
Sabertoothed is the work of Love Ghost and producer Danny Saber (Rolling Stones, Marilyn Manson, David Bowie). These songs mix Emo feels, and guitar-driven alternative rock. The songs were written pre-pandemic. The songs feature their current sound stripped of the underground, trap elements. The EP is a tribute to the 90’s grunge pioneers. The band’s intent was to play these songs live (obviously the pandemic changed that).
