Rise is Mal Hombre’s Single Out Now

I already reviewed Mal Hombre in the past but he is out now with a new single and I want to share my opinion about it.
I liked these more intimate nuances in the music of this great artist. The new single Rise is certainly more introspective than the previous songs.
The thing I liked the most is that this tune slowly Rises as the title says.
A crescendo of emotions that keeps you glued to the speakers from the first to the last second. The production is always excellent, sincere, and direct, perfect for this genre.
The pads used after 2.30 minutes are great, they have something of a James Bond soundtrack and make this song epic.
A fascinating and inspired artist who is always able to amaze.

Indie & Alternative Rock in the midst of Death Valley flavoured with Dreampop-Synths, starting softly and quietly, gradually swelling until the epic & cinematic Hook takes off.
Presenting the vocals as relaxed and calm as possible against an arrangement reaching for an extraordinary climax accompanied by the dynamics of the band makes this song so compelling, together with introspective lyrics everyone can identify with in a very personal way.
