It was evident from the previous songs that this band had something important to say.
This nostalgic song makes us think about how past decisions have changed our way of living. The aim was to make everything easier, to sell dreams that turned out to be just speculation on the lives of most people.
If only we could go back to a slower and freer society, maybe we could change things… or maybe human stupidity would lead us to make the same mistakes again.
Regrets is a deep song that makes you think. We are all aware that we live in a sick society where the plan of those in power is to divide us … it is easier to control single individuals than a mass of people.
In the end, it all comes down to power, control, and money. The touching melody of this tune manages to transfer this sense of helplessness … but maybe in the end thanks to songs like this we will be able to wake up and start resisting.

Regrets is the newest single from Tired All The Time about the personal psychic consequences of broader economic shifts since the 1970s. The fast paced consumerism we enjoyed at the end of New Deal politics was built on the idea that everything can be bought and sold. While this began with the glitz of shopping malls and new businesses, a growing realization that something was being lost emerged from the shadows. It’s a song about the loss of control mankind has unintentionally set in motion.
