Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Red Revel. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked their style a lot.
This band is fantastic, you immediately realize that you are in front of great musicians who have spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable sound understanding.
A sound that transfers positive vibrations and that takes hold of your nervous system that begins to send electrical impulses to the whole body that prevent you from staying still and you find yourself moving following the rhythm.
A sound that has many influences, mixed so well together, capable of creating something new and unique.
Funky, Jazz in some passages the melody of their new single 808 Airfreight even reminded me of Queen’s Radio Ga Ga. Try listening from the second 1.30.
The production is perfect, the mix in particular leaves the right space for each sound element and the song breathes well.
A fantastic find that I recommend to everyone.
