our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Rebecca Tommasi. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the atmosphere that her music is capable of creating.
As soon as I hit the play button I was immediately struck by the refinement of the music proposed by this eclectic artist.
A way of composing music that contains many musical styles and others to Jazz I heard the Brazilian Bossa Nova.
Rebecca’s voice is warm and deep and she can speak directly to the soul and heart.
This music has the ability to relax you and while I was listening I closed my eyes and I imagined myself in an unknown tavern drinking whiskey one of those days when you just want to be alone with yourself.
This music healed me and made me fly with my imagination.
A beautiful discovery that I recommend to everyone

Quote: “My debut single Star will be out on the 28th of May, ahead of my debut EP Another Dawn which will follow in June 2021.
The idea for my EP Another Dawn (which includes Star) came about when I was recently performing with a jazz duo in a small bar in Clapham Junction, South London. It was a warm evening and as a small breeze came in through the window, I thought to myself ‘I’d like to make my own music.“
