I have to say that maybe this is Love Ghost’s song that I like the most.

The intro is a slow mysterious crescendo. It was able to immediately transferred me intense vibes.
The chorus then reminded me of melodic progressions typical of the 90s. This band always manages to find the right ideas to make their songs work.
The video is fantastic with those distorted frames that punctuate the unstable vibes of this tune.
Love Ghost are always looking for something to amaze the listener. Their creativity has no barriers and ranges between the various genres while always remaining consistent with their solid artistic vision.
I prefer when their songs have a slightly dark vein that clearly shines through in Payback.
