Outside Of The Box is Gas Station Pizza’s Album
As soon as I find bands like Gas Station Pizza I breathe a sigh of relief.
We live in a world where artists rely on computers and beats to compose their music, instead, there are also bands that spit sweat and blood into their basements to create their songs.
Today’s music is plasticized like the boobs of Victoria’s Secret models. Luckily Gas Station Pizza brings a true and direct sound to our stereos with no strings attached.
These songs are the result of hours spent in the rehearsal room, between the stench of armpits and beers spilled on the sofas.
Outside Of The Box is a “rude”, raw album. Gas Station Pizza are not here to seek compromises, they make their music without looking anyone in the face, without following the rules of the music business…they just follow their instincts.
If you like their music it’s all cool otherwise they don’t give a damn!
Go and listen to them, they will awaken your wildest spirit.

Outside Of The Box is Gas Station Pizza’s Album
After sludging around the Florida Metal scene for years, Jason Banning decided to go back to his mid-90s roots and create a punk-metal fusion that encompasses a range of influences from that era. The result is “Gas Station Pizza”; a somewhat eclectic mix of 10 songs that all have a sense of relative familiarity but stand apart on their own as an homage to their influence.
Gas Station Pizza is Jason Banning (SPAWNDIE, Alphæus, Bleeding Inc, Cope Throe) on vocals/guitar/synth, Javier Perez (JP2, SPAWNDIE, Runnin Blind) on guitar, Cody Nordine (Nordic Hamster, Alphæus) on bass and Elden Santos (Druid Lord, Massacre) on drums.
