Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Oh My God! It’s The Church. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify I really loved the atmosphere created by their music.
This band is great.
As soon as I hit the play button and started listening to their music and watching the video, I instantly became a fan.
The sound is powerful and in some moments it reminded me of artists like Kid Rock and ZZ Top. A very American sound that comes from an English band … a special mix indeed.
Definitely Oh My God! It’s The Church have clear ideas on how to offer their music to the world as they come up with a very professional project with attention to every little nuance.
The music production is excellent, the video is fantastic, the costumes impeccable and above all, you can feel that this band has spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable musical affinity.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
Kiss My ApocaLips is Oh My God! It’s The Church Single Out Now!
Catchy and Energetic!
In a relatively short time, Oh My God! It’s The Church have gained infamy on the UK music scene with their wildly entertaining, outrageous live shows. In addition to many major UK festival appearances this year, the band will head out on a full UK Tour from 29th April – 22 May.
The live dates accompany the release of their 2nd EP, Revelations (Out April 15th), which has been highlighted recently on BBC 6 Music by Craig Charles. (please contact me for a link to the full EP)
