our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Nothing Past Six. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the atmosphere created by his music.
The compositional style of this artist immediately won me over.
A voice that sinuously manages to speak directly to the listener’s heart and soul. Surely we are faced with a great singer-songwriter, some harmonic choices reminded me of David Bowie but we must underline the originality and creative freedom of Nothing Past Six.
Honestly, I have not found flaws in this ep, all the songs contribute to laying a solid foundation for the musical vision of this artist.
Nothing Past Six is not afraid to venture into musical paths never traveled before and the chord progression is never predictable and banal and offers unexpected twists that keep you glued to the speakers from the first to the last second.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
