our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Nikki Manos. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and was fascinated by his compositional style.
The sound proposed by this artist is innovative and original.
Honestly, I haven’t been able to compare his music to any other artist. It is very difficult to label Nikki Manos’ sound as this talented artist has managed to create something different that for sure stands out from the crowd.
The new single Roses & Tumbleweeds is a desert song that makes you feel free. For a moment I closed my eyes as I was listening to this beautiful melody and imagined myself driving my convertible through the endless American roads one of those days when you just want to be alone with yourself.
Nikki Manos is a courageous artist who has decided to follow his instinct and he was not afraid to walk innovative musical paths.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Nikki Manos is the alter ego of L.A.-based producer Ironfist. Coining the term ‘Techno Western,’ Nikki draws inspiration from the great composers of the Western film genre (like Ennio Morricone), while incorporating flavors of 1970’s Country (like Waylon Jennings ) & lofi Techno (like Dubspeeka ).
