Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Matt Gadi. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the magic atmosphere of his songs.
Matt offers us a fresh and innovative sound that immediately puts you in a good mood.
In some passages and for some harmonic choices I was reminded of the Beatles as a way of composing music, obviously in a modern version.
I liked the voice of this artist because it has an interesting timbre, emphasized even more by effects, that makes it immediately recognizable.
The mix is different and it leaves a lot of space for the voice, sometimes the music seems a bit stifled but this artistic choice is due to the fact that Matt wants people to concentrate on the lyrics.
In general, I liked the sounds chosen to produce the songs and I think that this artist has clear ideas on how to propose his musical product to the masses.
An artist to keep an eye on for sure.
