Malpracticioner is Asylum 213’s Album Out Now
From the very first track, October Beach House, the album invites listeners into a modern and ethereal sonic realm, where pulsating rhythms meet otherworldly melodies.
Subi is a standout moment, embodying the band’s alternative rock essence with chaotic yet structured creativity. The combination of avant-garde elements, haunting vocals, and metallic undertones crafts a track that feels both sinister and hypnotic.
The title track, Malpracticioner, deepens this exploration, blending screamo vocals with melodic verses, creating a contrast that feels truly unique to the band’s artistry.
One of the album’s highlights, Wakai, showcases the technical mastery and intricate compositional style of Asylum 213. It’s a song that captures the band’s innovative spirit while demonstrating their ability to push boundaries.
Cry Quiet, on the other hand, shifts gears with a nostalgic and atmospheric approach, only to surprise the listener with an energetic burst near the end.
The album closes with Ida Kay, a track that begins with ethereal guitar strumming and gradually builds into a crescendo that leaves you eager to start the journey all over again.
Asylum 213 proves their ability to blend raw energy with refined artistry, making Malpracticioner a remarkable listening experience.
