Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Luke Lanzon. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the good vibes of his music.
Luke Lanzon brings us music that is serene and full of sentiment.
Sweet sounds accompanied by a light voice that has a very recognizable timbre.
Luke’s voice is like a veil, like the first snow falling on the mossy ground on the vast prairies of Nebraska.
The construction of the song is interesting and the melodic and chord progression always manages to entertain the listener with continuous variations that keep you glued to the speakers from the first to the last second.
I particularly liked the sound of the acoustic guitar, it reminded me a little bit of Grant Lee Buffalo.
The production is very good and every sound element finds the right space and the song flows nicely.
An artist who has a bright future ahead of him…maybe his wise grandmother was wrong this time…of course, Lanzon’s voice is not that of Frank Sinatra but it’s modern and it’s what many people are looking for nowadays.
Saving Grace is Luke Lanzon’s Single Out Now!
A talented songwriter at the beginning of a long career!
Quote: “Luke Lanzon is a singer/songwriter from St. Louis, Missouri. He is an independent artist and his debut single “Saving Grace” is out now.
Though the upcoming song has been praised by friends and local artists, one family member has made it clear she does not support Luke and his endeavors. Betty Ditch, Luke’s 90 year old grandmother, has insisted that he “will never be a [Frank] Sinatra” and says she is “not impressed by his singing”. Because of her excessive public ridicule across Facebook, Luke has made it his goal to win over her admiration, tirelessly working on his release in hopes to convince her otherwise. Only time will tell whether she comes around to enjoy Luke’s voice”.
