While you may have heard some of these tracks, experiencing them together creates a new experience.

The EP opens with “Smile (No Fox Gibbon),” a soaring anthem that sets the tone for optimism. The song’s vibrant energy is contagious, leaving you feeling inspired and ready to take on the day.

“Pretty” continues the positive vibes with its subtle reggae influences, adding a unique twist to their alternative rock sound.

Chandra isn’t afraid to explore different sonic territories. “I’ll Be There” takes a hard rock turn with a distinct 80s vibe, showcasing the band’s ability to shift gears easily.

If you’re already familiar with the previously released single “Lifted,” you know it’s an electrifying anthem that deserves a repeat listen.

“Lighters To The Sky (EP Version)” is a standout track. The slow-burning guitar riff and intense vocals create a crescendo of emotions, leaving you glued to the speakers.

In contrast, “Overload” is a more introspective and nostalgic piece, infused with ethereal elements. The intricate sound design and masterful rhythm section reveal a band constantly pushing their creative boundaries.

Solid!

Chandra explains the concept behind the EP:
From the very beginning we wanted this EP to be an overwhelmingly positive, feel-good collection of songs that belong together and tell an uplifting story of the human condition. The concept was simple: create a package of 6 songs that, when listened to at whatever time of day, or whatever your mood, will leave you buzzing, invigorated and ready to take on any challenge. It was especially important to start the EP by smiling and to end the EP by having faith in love.
