Robert “Sully” Sullivan with his band had a vision and wanted to help people who were suffering. He, therefore, decided to combine his love for music with this social vocation and the result was incredible.
With their visibility, the band has helped raise more than $ 400,000 to help people with leukemia. A great mission from a band with a big heart. Simply Fantastic!

Robert “Sully” Sullivan, frontman of the groove-jazz ensemble The Sully Band, host of the nationally syndicated Big Biz Show as well as the local lifestyle talk show, On The Air San Diego, founder/owner of The Sully Entertainment Group and LOFT100 Studios, has won Man of the Year through the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s San Diego & Hawaii Region. Alongside him, Natalie Sherod was dubbed Woman of the Year.
Thanks to the generous support of fans, family, colleagues, clients, and the community at large, Sully’s campaign was able to contribute a RECORD BREAKING total of $418,459 towards the fight against blood cancer, which surpassed his $400K goal. The San Diego campaign’s overall goal of $1M was greatly surpassed thanks to the efforts of all of the nominees in which $1,589,020 was raised!
