Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Kate Ellis. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked her way of making music.
What a beautiful voice, I was struck as soon as I heard the vocal timbre of this talented artist.
A sinuous, sexy and sweet voice that speaks directly to the soul. I like that she is flickering at times and seems almost shy but then you realize it’s just Kate’s natural way of singing.
The way she interprets her songs is truly amazing. She makes you live the stories she sings in the lyrics and as a child, I stayed there dreaming while listening to these magnificent melodies and words.
I spent 3 fantastic minutes where my thoughts turned away and I completely let myself go. I cleared my mind and shared this moment only with Kate Ellis and her wonderful music.
