The vocal interpretation and the effects used on the voice reminded me of the ’80s.
A very interesting alternative rock ideal for the people of the night.
While listening to the new single Julie I closed my eyes and imagined myself driving my car through the streets of a dark gothic city … Gotham maybe.
ZADAR has managed to find a balance between the past and modern and his music lives in a twilight limbo that makes it stand out from the crowd.
The production is good and in particular the mix that leaves the right space for each instrument and the song breathes well.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Antonio G is the founder and main songwriter/performer in ZADAR. He has been active professionally since January of 2020 and has accumulated numerous positive reviews, press articles, interviews, playlist additions, and radio/podcast plays since the bands’ inception less than two years ago based on the strength of their first three singles; Alien Being – Single Version, The Upstairs Room, and Crimson Pain. Antonio is currently looking to recruit like-minded musicians into his band to help bring the songs on ZADAR’s upcoming debut LP to life via live performances.
