our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to John Love. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the uniqueness of his music.
The atmosphere evoked by this artist’s music seems hypnotic and magical.
A compositional method that takes its cue from the past but manages to be modern at the same time.
The production is absolutely professional and excellent, the mix in particular leaves the right space for each sound element and the song breathes well.
The chord progression is never predictable and banal and the listener is entertained from the first to the last second.
The vocal timbre is very beautiful and unique, a passionate and peculiar voice rich in nuances.
Surely we are faced with a great artist who has clear ideas on how to propose his musical vision to the world.

John Love is an independent artist from Chicago, IL. The keys player for The North and Wells Band, he has also started solo work with two upcoming singles – “A Song For You” and “We Still Have More To Do” and his first full EP dropping January 2022. A true collaborator, Love calls on his wide group of musical friends to play on all his projects. When not working on original ventures, his day job is as a Musical Director for the Second City’s National Touring Company.
