our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Izi Phoenix. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked a lot their musical approach.
I was immediately fascinated by the vocal timbre of the singer of this band.
A deep and hoarse voice that seems to come from a cave … the soul of the singer is laid bare and his passion while interpreting his songs is contagious.
Crepuscular and intimate music that manages to speak directly to the heart and soul of the listener.
The production is simple but effective and literally manages to hypnotize you and you stay there listening to this magnificent melody.
The lyrics are deep and manage for a moment to make you forget about everything around you.
A fantastic find that I recommend to everyone.
