The album kicks off with “Silhouette,” a track that sets the tone with its alternative vibe and hints of The Cure’s atmospheric style. It’s a fitting opener that pulls you into their world.
“You Just Want Somebody To Hold You” follows with a catchy guitar riff and a syncopated rhythm that highlights the band’s compositional finesse.
The chorus brings a touch of nostalgia, reminiscent of Muse’s melodic approach. “Smooth Skin” shifts gears with a more delicate ballad, where the guitar work is particularly striking.
The emphasis on higher frequencies gives the instrument a lighter touch, allowing the profound lyrics to shine, creating a beautiful contrast.
“I Want To Find Sanctuary” ramps up the energy with a powerful, psychedelic vibe that borders on hard rock, showing the band’s versatility.
Another highlight is “Talk,” where the guitar riff and driving rhythm combine with a melody that feels engaging and resonant, leaving a lasting impression.
“Running” presents a chaotic yet cohesive guitar part, adding to the full-bodied sound while still giving space for the vocals to shine.
The song’s dynamic structure keeps you hooked, leading you through an expansive and intimate musical journey.
The album closes with “A Vision Of A Life,” a ballad steeped in 80s influences, delivering a melody that stirs deep emotions with its magical and nostalgic feel. It’s a perfect ending to an album that consistently balances intensity with reflection.
