Kepa Lehtinen’s artistic vision is solid and mature and his artistic taste is highly developed and refined.
As soon as I started listening to these beautiful melodies I saw images flowing before my eyes. I’ve seen snow falling on the meadows, the rain crashing into the water of a lake, the weeping willows pushed by the wind and even a lonely woman crying behind the window of a bar in Helsinki.
This artist’s music is nostalgic and haunting and seems to hide a secret. The choice of sounds is highly sought after and the emotions created by these songs are touching and profound.
There is something about this music that connects directly to your soul and makes you discover the hidden corners of your unconscious.
Kepa Lehtinen is a great artist that I recommend everyone to go and listen to.

Kepa Lehtinen is a 51-year-old musician from Finland who has built a global following with his unique style of contemporary composition. His use of the theremin, a touchless, gesture-articulated electronic instrument, sets him apart from almost everyone. Lehtinen lets his theremin add strange harmonies and counterpoints to his pieces that make them otherworldly. He has studied sound design at Aalto University, made music for film and television, and owns a recording studio. He’s a husband, father, and dedicated skateboarder who feels that music is the only true magic in the world. He’s grateful and amazed that people all over the planet listen to his music.
