Good Day Noir Family,
Madanes takes a hilarious jab at our politically polarized world with his latest single, “In Love with Laura Ingraham [what’s wrong with me].”

In love with Laura Ingraham [what’s wrong with me] is Madanes’ Single Out Now

Get ready for a song that’s as catchy as it is clever.

This song is a masterclass in irreverence, using humor to skewer the absurdity of political divides. The sheer ridiculousness of the premise – a liberal in love with a conservative commentator – is comedic gold.

The song’s musical structure is as playful as its lyrics. The intriguing cadence keeps you guessing, while the witty wordplay ensures a smile with every line.

It’s a perfect example of how music can be both intellectually stimulating and laugh-out-loud funny.

Beneath the surface humor lies a sharp social commentary. The song cleverly reflects the confusion and dissonance of modern political discourse.

Madanes forces us to confront the absurdity of tribalism by highlighting the inherent contradiction of his fictional crush.

“In Love with Laura Ingraham” is one of those songs that burrows its way into your brain and refuses to leave. The infectious melody and clever lyrics guarantee it will be on repeat for days to come.

The musical style evokes a sense of nostalgia, drawing inspiration from the alternative rock scene of the late 90s and early 2000s.

The production is top-notch, ensuring a clean and polished soundscape. The “cheeky choirs,” are a brilliant touch, adding an extra layer of irony and highlighting the song’s overall comedic intent.

Madanes has a unique and melodic musical voice that walks the line between Elton John and Ian Dury and Frank Zappa. “The fringe of the mainstream.” This is the review that he likes the most. “It describes me best. Or maybe I’m the mainstream of the fringe,” he jokes. A hopelessly devoted record collector since the age of 12, turned DJ for 19 years including his time served in the army, madanes adores hits with brilliant melodies. Why he remains on the fringe is probably his refusal to write mainstream lyrics.

He just can’t keep it polite. “It’s my super critical eye of what goes on around me. I see everything, so I just can’t keep it
nice and sweet.” Except for his sweet love longs. Actually, bittersweet. “I am the most pathetic product of the concept of love.” Born in Israel in 1974 and a passionate vegan for most of his life, has recorded 4 albums in Hebrew. He is now trying to deliver his thoughts and feelings in English. A lost soul, finely tuned, still waiting for the one…. or for the sad melody she’ll make him write.
