Rich Anthony is the singer and lyricist and Colin Schlegel performed all instruments. After putting out several songs from the project “eMpTy” (songs inspired by someone who has the initials M.T.) the songwriting took on a new direction. Life was rough and dealing with someone with substance abuse made it seem like songs about M.T. weren’t important anymore.
Songwriting has always been a source of healing and writing the song “It Never Ends” helped with that. The following song “IF” continues the idea in a positive sounding song. Life can seem rough, but sometimes just being optimistic about it helps. I hope the song “IF” helps anyone that’s struggling.
