our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Herb Barclay Project. I discovered this musical project while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked their music a lot.
The sound energy that this music releases immediately infected me and took possession of my nervous system which began to send electrical impulses to the whole body.
I started to follow the groove in a wild way and I found myself dancing in my room as if I was at a concert.
The thing that I liked the most is how Herb Barclay Project managed to make rock coexist with rap. In some moments this music made me feel the same vibes as when I listen to Walk This Way by Run-D.M.C featuring Aerosmith.
Surely we are faced with talented musicians that have a great compositional experience behind them as the song is masterfully built both as chord progression and musical arrangements.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
