Heart Through Sacrifice offers a very powerful and well executed sound.
An epic prog rock that has melodic lines and chord progression never predictable and banal, which manages to entertain the listener from the first to the last second.
We are in front of a multi-instrumentalist an incredible musician able to produce high-quality songs.
Particular mention for the voice of the singer who manages to reach very high tones without ever seeming in trouble. A confident and powerful voice perfect for this genre.
We are certainly facing a great and talented artist that we need to keep under the radar for sure.

Prog metal newcomers, Heart Through Sacrifice, announce themselves to the scene with a magical self-titled debut album, released August 2019 in CD Digipak form. The project is the brainchild of NZ born, London based musician, producer and creative, Doug Rimington (ex Voodoo Diamond, Hold The Dawn, The Superhelix, Emma and the Fragments and current member of Lockdown Co.), who manages to combine his musicianship with his love for storytelling and burgeoning flair for production.
