We are faced with an artist with great talent.
As soon as I hit the play button I stepped back into the past and felt like I was catapulted to the 80s.
Artists like George Michael and Sting came to mind. The nostalgic atmosphere created by this song is truly intriguing.
The chord progression is never obvious and banal and manages to entertain the listener from the first to the last second.
The performance is good and the interpretation is instinctive and passionate.
The production is a little rough but this makes the sound a bit vintage which in my opinion is perfect for this type of music.
This is Sam Lynch’s debut single and I believe that this artist will be able to amaze us in the future as he produces quality music.
A great find that I recommend to everyone.

“I’m Sam. I’m 26 and I live in a small town near Manchester. I’ve written guitar parts for about 10 years but was too afraid to sing or write lyrics up until about 2 years ago when I got punched in the face at work (I guess they knocked some sense into me). Since then, I’ve been practicing and writing, playing a lot of open mics and acoustic stuff. I’m currently working on an EP and I shared the first song from it on Spotify and got a really good reaction. “
