“I was amazed and shocked that something people love – bananas – could be sold by companies that were so evil. And yet we still eat bananas.”, says Jack. “I wanted to write a song that would reflect that absurdity”.
Speak Easy Circus are an experimental indie/funk posse from the East End of Glasgow. Their chaotic crescendos and eclectic overtures, a celebration of the strange and the new, are a “circus” of tongue in cheek attitude and unpredictability.
