The track kicks off with a modem dial-up sound, setting a jarring tone.

The music is a chaotic blend of hard rock and punk, with a medieval-inspired atmosphere that creates a unique and intriguing contrast.

Darkwood’s music feels like a rebellion against the status quo. The artist clearly has a strong vision and isn’t afraid to experiment.

“Greensleeves” is a fascinating blend of past and present, with lyrics that explore the internet age set against a backdrop of ancient-sounding music.

The production is impressive, and the sound design, particularly the layered vocals, adds depth and complexity. “Greensleeves” is a bold statement from a promising artist.

Wild Ride!

With years of stage experience and a rich history of performances with various bands and artists, Irian Darkwood has carved a unique niche in the metal scene. Her career, rooted in professional karaoke and countless open mic nights, has blossomed into a testament of her versatility and raw talent. Irian’s music, a blend of hard rock and metal, is known for its emotional depth, drawn from her own life experiences and struggles.

Irian says about the song “You know how women always talk about all of these creepy experiences they have on the internet? Well, I wrote Greensleeves to address that issue. The song itself is a take on interactions I personally have had experience with. While I make fun of the situations, the reality is, that sometimes it’s really very annoying and sometimes scary on the internet when things like this happen.
