Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Graham Coe. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked his attitude.
As soon as I hit the play button and heard the sound of the guitar, I breathed a sigh of relief.
What a beautiful sound, what a beautiful atmosphere.
Then the voice started talking to me and I was definitely won over.
A high voice, ethereal but that hides at the same time suffered nuances, a voice that speaks directly to the soul.
I believed Graham, his interpretation convinced me.
Beautiful arrangements essential but absolutely well thought out.
All the instruments are real, I didn’t hear the usual beats and I breathed another sigh of relief.
Then a banjo or a similar instrument came in with a light arpeggio and those few notes managed to enhance the harmony of this magical piece in a wonderful way.
I could not find any fault in the music proposed by Graham Coe, a great songwriter that we need to follow because he is able to move the listener and create real emotions.

Graham Coe is an Indie folk Singer/songwriter from Wicklow, Ireland.
Graham writes songs that have a deep sense of vulnerability and honesty blended with a passionate vocal delivery. Think Nick Cave meets John Martyn with some mellow Simon and Garfunkel thrown in for good measure.
