Vølve is the musical project of Danish artist Helene Navne, named after the wise women of Nordic mythology—the predecessors of witches. Merging dreamlike melodies with a mix of piano, cello, and synthesizers, and occasionally electric guitar, bass, and drums, Vølve’s music offers an otherworldly, atmospheric sound. The debut single “Enter the Unknown”, was partly recorded in Copenhagen and Berlin and mixed and mastered by **James K. Ultra** (US).
