our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Jon Sandman. I discovered this fantastic artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked a lot the mood of his music.
This atmospheric music is able to create emotions from the first seconds of listening. The refined choice of electronic sounds mixed with interesting melodic tricks makes Jon Sandman’s sound very refined and innovative.
For some reason I feel similarities between Sandman’s music and Chris Isaak’s style, obviously, with different sounds.
Nostalgic music, for those journeys when you return home from the sea, and while you drive, your mind travels through the memories of the adventures you just experienced.
I definitely suggest this artist because his music can be a soundtrack to many moments of our lives.
Personally, I like songs able to create nostalgic atmospheres with a vein of melancholy.
