Death of Me is The Project’s Single Out Now

Good Day Noir Family,
The Project’s latest single, Death of Me, is a high-voltage explosion of sound, driven by relentless guitar work and a pounding drumbeat that kicks things off with pure adrenaline.

Death of Me is The Project’s Single Out Now

From the first hit, the track refuses to let up, delivering an electrifying performance that channels the spirit of ‘80s arena rock while keeping things sharp and modern.

The song thrives on its powerful, guitar-driven structure, with each riff amplifying the energy to new heights.

The band’s chemistry is undeniable—every note, every transition feels tight and purposeful, showcasing musicians who are locked in and clearly enjoying every second of their craft.

What sets Death of Me apart is its ability to balance raw intensity with melody, creating a track that begs to be blasted at full volume.

The chorus is infectious, the rhythm section drives forward with unstoppable force, and the overall production gives the song a massive, stadium-ready sound. This is rock music that refuses to be ignored.

In addition, Andre Bonter from Pump5 and the Poor Boys drums alongside Nate Walker (Lit) on a few songs. The Project is gearing up to tour 2025 throughout the U.S.A., Japan, and the U.K.

The Project is the brainchild of Cali-rock scene’s own James Davis who originally made waves in the 00s with his previous band Shameless as lead guitarist. The band won Best Hard Rock Band at the Southern California Music Awards in 2006, Best Hard Rock Band Rock City News in 2005 and 2006, and Best Metal Band at the Inland Empire Music awards in 2006.
