Dalia is Murnau’s Single Out Now

I already reviewed Murnau in the past but they are out now with a new cool single and I want to share my opinion about it.
The rough and direct sound of this band always convinces me. I like their real rock that is not seasoned with plasticized beats.
Here the guitar does not seek compromise, it pushes at the beginning with a powerful and acidic distortion and then becomes sweeter and more ethereal in the middle of the song and then explodes again.
The dynamics of this song are fascinating as it manages to create different musical universes and when the voice starts after 3 minutes it is able to hypnotize you and makes you travel with your imagination and you are enchanted to listen to this wonderful melody like a cobra does with its trainer.
This Duo does not follow commercial rules and their compositional process is unique and original.
Murnau are certainly reconfirmed.

Brooding and atmospheric, Dalia is 12 minutes of shoegaze, grunge and doom mixed in Murnau’s unique style. Loud guitars, drums introduce the song before transitioning into a quiet, Mellotron guided, mid-section. All building towards the big and raw climatic ending.
