I became a fan of this band instantly. In their music, there is everything I am looking for.
Heavy and distorted guitars, a solid rhythm section, and a voice that spits the lyrics in an irreverent way.
You can feel that The Clay People spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable sound understanding. This is true direct and sincere music.
Listening to The Clay People live must be an unforgettable experience. Try to imagine yourself in a room with many people and pogo like hell … fantastic.
Cult Hypnotica is a great album. A squeeze of blood and energy that prevents you from sitting still.
As soon as you hit the play button it is better that you lock yourself in a room because otherwise you want to punch someone in the face to release the adrenaline.
Absolutely fantastic and recommended to everyone.

The Clay People have been a powerful presence in the American Hard Rock Metal Punk scene for over two decades. The band has nurtured their kinetic, crafty narrative—a constructed evolution—drawing from the roots of early heavy-rock metal-punk scenes, while pushing boundaries and bending contemporary genres to achieve their distinguishable sound.
The highly-anticipated album “Cult Hypnotica” is out now. This record was recorded during the first 2 years of the pandemic and is the first release of a tracked 40-song library produced during this period of chaotic global unrest. Inspired by truth and awareness, the band delved into the onslaught of misinformed media, religion misinformation, the corruption of political agents, and the use of technology to control human behavior and societal control.
