our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Connor Drew. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked his experimental music.
This eclectic sound of this artist struck me immediately.
A sound that looks to the past but manages to insert modern elements making the overall mood fresh and innovative.
An alternative rock to which are added electronic sounds that make it experimental in some ways.
A bit like what Linking Park and Limp Bizkit had done when they included typical DJ nuances in their songs.
Connor goes further by inserting rap and trap elements in his compositions.
A very interesting approach, this artist is trying to merge different genres to create something unique.
Let’s let him experiment because this guy seems to have clear ideas on the road to take to create something new.
