our “Edgar Allan Poets’ Artists/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Temple Solar and their Ep City. I found this Band on Bandcamp and I liked the vibes of their music.

The twilight sound proposed by this band immediately spoke to my soul and heart.
A rock that takes inspiration from the past but manages to be modern at the same time.
This music is as if David Bowie met The Cure with Ramones influences. Temple Solar managed to create a unique sound. Latin America in general is turning out many talented rock bands.
As I was listening to these beautiful songs, I closed my eyes and I imagined myself driving a convertible on the streets of Santiago in Chile. One of those nights where you want to be alone and wander around without a destination.
All the tunes on this Ep are solid, the chord progression is rich and manages to entertain from the first to the last second. The production is a bit rough but perhaps this adds a touch of charm to the sound proposed by this band.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
