our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Chósta. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the atmosphere created by his music.
This music is hypnotic and immediately made me travel with my imagination. I closed my eyes and I let myself be carried away by the sound of this eclectic artist.
I saw myself driving a spaceship that at supersonic speed took me to explore unknown galaxies.
I have seen purple stars and black holes but I have never felt afraid, it is as if Chósta‘s music was my shield and protected me from the infinite space.
Somehow I felt lulled by the universal harmony and I felt part of everything and my heart was filled with unconditional and uncontrollable love.
Pure magic that I recommend everyone to experience, so go and listen to the magnificent songs of this great artist.

Irish producer and Dublin Digital Radio regular musical artist Chósta new single ‘Late Night Jazz Radio’ is a mix of genres from electronica, downtempo, IDM, and outsider house, that has existed in some form or another for about two years.
Chósta is the moniker of Conor Kelly, who is an electronic artist with musical influences Boards of Canada, J Dilla, Mobb Deep, Talk Talk, John Coltrane and Planxty.
The new single is built around jazz samples and melancholic keys that were initially inspired by the twilight hour radio shows like Donal Dineen’s old Today FM that Chósta grew up on.
