Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Blow Jockey. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the vibes of his music.
The sound of this artist is powerful, epic, and innovative.
As soon as I hit the play button and the low and powerful guitars started beating on my ears, I immediately raised my arm with the horns pointed towards the sky.
In some moments the style of Blow Jockey reminded me of Type O Negative, but to be fair his style is less dark.
The production is excellent for the genre and especially the mix that leaves the right space for each sound element and the song breathes well.
The atmosphere created by Queen Cobra for some reason made me think of Berlin and those industrial architectural structures. This new single is a bit repetitive and for this reason, it is very fascinating and hypnotic.
I recommend this artist to everyone!
